06. Classpass Integration

Your studio needs to be a listed partner on Classpass in order to successfully integrate or migrate over to vibefam
Submit a request to migrate to vibefam on this form
- Select "I need help with my third-party schedule integrator" > "I'm switching my scheduling platform"
You should hear back from Classpass within 3 working days

Classpass will ask you for your venue ID from vibefam. Go to the vibefam dashboard and click on "Configure" > "Classpass Integration"
Enable all relevant locations for Classpass integration

Copy the text that you see in the grey box and send it to your Classpass Account Manager

Inform Classpass your desired migration date and they will take care of the rest

Ensure that you have also customized the spots that you would like to enable on Classpass in your class schedules

Go to "Schedule" > "Add Event" > "Group Class"
After filling up all the essential information for your group classes, at the bottom you will see an option to customize the spots that you would like to make available on Classpass

These numbers indicate the exact spot that you are switching on to Classpass, not the capacity. So if you want to enable 4 spots, you'll need to select 4 spots (see screenshot below)
If you run a spin studio or reformer pilates studio that has specific spots in class, you can customize which spots you enable for Classpass members
- For example, only the bikes on the back row are switched on for Classpass members

Have you already set up all your classes but left this step out? You can make a bulk update to all your future classes to enable Classpass Integration by clicking on "Schedule" > "Actions" > "Edit Schedule"

Select the parameters that are relevant. You do not have to fill up all the empty fields here. For example, you can fill up only the Date Range and leave all the other parameters empty.

Select Classpass and the spots you want to make available to edit the classes in bulk

On Classpass, there is an option for you to switch on "Smartspot" which is an algorithm on Classpass that optimizes the spots that go on sale for different classes. This will override the class spots that you have setup on vibefam. We recommend you can switch off Smartspot if you do not want the algorithm to override your configurations.

Voila! You're successfully integrated on Classpass!
